Opal Noir Society provides a curated concierge and reservation service for members in Milan. We act as an intermediary between members and venues — we do not own, operate, or guarantee the availability of any venue in our selection.
Membership grants access to our concierge service, editorial content, and the ability to submit reservation requests according to the allowances of your chosen tier. It does not guarantee a booking at any specific venue.
Memberships renew automatically at the start of each billing cycle. Monthly memberships renew on the same calendar date each month. Annual memberships renew one year from the original activation date.
You may cancel your membership at any time before your next renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within an active period.
Pricing is displayed in euros and is inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ written notice to active members.
Reservation requests are processed in good faith. We make every reasonable effort to secure a booking at your requested venue on your preferred date. Where this is not possible, we will propose an alternative if you have indicated flexibility.
Requests that cannot be fulfilled — for reasons beyond our control including venue unavailability, closures, or private events — will not be counted against your monthly allowance.
We reserve the right to decline any request that we reasonably believe cannot be handled to the standard our members expect.
Members are expected to honour confirmed reservations. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations reflect on the Society’s standing with venues and may result in suspension of membership without refund.
The service is personal and non-transferable. Membership credentials may not be shared or sold.
Opal Noir Society is not liable for the quality of food, service, or experience at any venue. We do not accept responsibility for losses arising from venue closures, changes to menus or staff, or any third-party service.
Our liability to any member is limited to the value of one month’s subscription fee for their active tier.
