Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and over. Applications are reviewed personally and membership may be declined without reason. Opal Noir Society reserves the right to limit the number of active members at any tier.
During the pilot phase, new members receive their first reservation handled at no cost. A 50% discount on the first full month is available for 48 hours following the first completed booking. This offer is personal, non-transferable, and may not be combined with referral benefits.
The pilot offer is subject to change at any time. It applies only to new applications made during the designated pilot period.
Active members may refer friends using their unique referral code. When a referred friend completes their first full month as a paying member, both the referrer and the referred member receive one month of membership credit at their respective tiers.
Referral credits are applied automatically to the next billing cycle. They cannot be exchanged for cash. Self-referral is not permitted and will result in removal of the credit.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral programme with 14 days’ notice to active members.
Members may upgrade their tier at any time. The difference in price will be charged on a pro-rata basis for the remainder of the current billing period. Members may downgrade their tier at renewal — downgrades do not take effect mid-cycle.
Opal Noir Society may suspend or terminate membership where a member has engaged in conduct damaging to the Society’s reputation, relationships with venues, or other members. In such cases, no refund will be issued for the current billing period.
Members who have been terminated may not re-apply without express written permission.
These conditions are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising in connection with the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan.
